The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with ToddlerCalm (™) LTD. ToddlerCalm (™) LTD must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received ToddlerCalm (™) LTD will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. ToddlerCalm (™) LTD acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
ToddlerCalm (™) LTD is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
General Terms
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the ToddlerCalm (™) LTD website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

ToddlerCalm (™) LTD own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.

We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the ToddlerCalm (™) LTD website.
Payment Details
ToddlerCalm (™) LTD accepts payment via PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Availability of Goods You Order
If ToddlerCalm (™) LTD has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by ToddlerCalm (™) LTD from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and ToddlerCalm (™) LTD will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. ToddlerCalm (™) LTD will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is to the UK only and is charged at £3.99 or free if your order totals over £40. We do ship internationally, except for North Africa and delivery prices are detailed below:

Local import duties may be charged at port of entry and local import taxes may be payable on receipt. Please note these are imposed by local legislation and not by ToddlerCalm™ Ltd.
Please note not all items can be sent internationally for reasons of logistics and legislations.

UK Standard – 2-3days
UK Express – Next Day
Europe Standard – 3-5days
Europe Express - 2-3days
Rest Of World Standard - 5-7 days
Rest Of World Express – 3-4days
Please note these are average times and some destinations my take longer
ToddlerCalm™ will endeavour to deliver within 5 working days of your order being placed. All items will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of order.
All products will be delivered to the address that you indicate on the order page and risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery even if the products have not been received by you in person. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and time shall not be of the essence. ToddlerCalm™ shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the products howsoever caused.
ToddlerCalm™ shall confirm each order in writing by sending you a printout of the order along with your products.
Cancellation & Returns
ToddlerCalm™ wants you to be totally satisfied with your order but if you would like to return the products you must do so by notifying us in writing, by email to shop@babycalm.co.uk. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Cancellations must be made in writing to shop@babycalm.co.uk within the 7 day cooling-off period.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the item supplied is faulty.
Upon receipt of the goods we will inspect all returned items carefully. If they are not in a reasonable condition, or the packaging is damaged or missing in any way, we reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than full refund to cover our costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt by us.
Please note the rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances, unless the goods supplied are faulty:
- In the event that the product has been used and the original tags have been removed
- In the event that the product is showing signs of use and is not in a fit state to resell
- In the event that the original product packaging has been damaged
- For personal hygiene reasons toiletries are non returnable unless the packaging or product is faulty.
We do not accept product returns more than 7 working days after purchase unless the product is faulty.
If a non-damaged item is returned after this timeframe we will deduct a restocking fee of £10 from any monies due and reserve the right to deduct a further reasonable amount if the product is not suitable to resell at full RRP.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Storage of Personal Data
ToddlerCalm™ will process your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. Any personal data that is provided to ToddlerCalm™ in the course of any transaction with you (with the exception of any credit card details which shall be kept confidential) shall be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any of these terms or conditions of sale should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Changes to This Agreement
ToddlerCalm (™) LTD reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
